Parking spaces
If you are arriving by car, there are various parking options available. All of our guest rooms and holiday apartments have a free private parking space. No reservation is required. You can also park in the surrounding streets. Fees may apply here. However, parking is usually free of charge in Stendal between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.

Travelling to Stendal by car
Stendal is conveniently located in the Altmark region, north of Magdeburg, and is easily accessible via several motorways.
From Berlin
Take the A2 towards Hanover until the Magdeburg-Zentrum exit.
Then follow the B189 towards Stendal (approx. 60 km).
In Stendal, follow the signs for ‘Zentrum’ (centre) or ‘Altstadt’ (old town).
From Hanover/Wolfsburg
Take the A2 towards Berlin and exit at Rennau/Wolfsburg.
Continue via Wolfsburg and the B188 towards Stendal.
In Stendal, follow the signs for ‘Zentrum’ (centre).
From Hamburg / Bremen
Take the A1 to the Ahlhorner Heide motorway junction, then take the A39 towards Wolfsburg.
Then take the B188 towards Gardelegen / Stendal.
From Leipzig / Halle / Magdeburg
Take the A14 to Magdeburg, then take the B189 towards Stendal (approx. 60 km).
In Stendal, drive towards the centre/old town.
